Excellent experience with Bosch. We had our car for 8 weeks at another garage with no progress and decided to take it to Bosch instead. They got our car in earlier than expected and diagnosed the issue quickly and kept us updated throughout. Pete was especially helpful, friendly and a great guy who is super responsive which we really appreciated. Best service by Luke at Bosch Autocentres in Hitchin
After bad experiences at other mechanics, it was refreshing to have such a great experience at Bosch. They were incredibly helpful for weeks of planning as I was ordering parts from overseas, happy to learn and adapt to fit the new N2itive lowering links and camber and toe arms on my Tesla.

Luke discussed with me throughout the service what I wanted and what was possible on the car. It's by no means a simple process either but he was very good at figuring out what to do.
Beyond this he went above and beyond happy to help adjust the headlights and reset the adas system as things I mentioned I would need to find a flat surface for to which he offered to sort whilst it was there.

The 4 wheel alignment was also dialled in perfectly, again not an easy task with factory parts and even with new parts can be tricky. Checking the data sheet, it was actually rare to be able to get into this spec on this car.

I would say I'm very particular in what I wanted and picky in choosing a place I trust. Bosch has earned a new customer and delivered a fair price for the quality of work. What would you pay for trust in a mechanic...

Truly excellent.  Old-school customer service (knowledgeable, polite, prompt - thank you Simon), clean and smart premesis and (obviously) competent technicians.  Solved the fuelling problem on my mum's 30 year old Audi quickly and effectively and without any drama.  Along with bill (quite reasonable), I was presented with a bunch of photos evidencing problem and solution.  Why can't all garages (companies) be like this? I have a diesel Merc E Class that had a series of sensor issues to the ABS system following wheel bearing replacement. Bosch Hitchin carried out the repairs and followed up with further diagnostic checks and repairs when the sensor glitch continued.
When things didn't go to plan from the first repair the followed up with excellent customer service and first class work.

We took our Mercedes Marco Polo to the Bosch Auto Service and Tuning Centre with an ABS warning light appearing on the dash. Diagnosis was speedy and the relevant part was ordered and fitted in no time at all. Excellent communication every step of the way, from initial booking to final collection of our vehicle. I took my SEAT ARONA in for a full service this morning. I have just picked up and cannot rate this place enough. The staff greeted us this morning and explained what the service entailed. Having just collected I had to go back in and thank the guys for my beautiful clean car which has had a full valet . Even the tyres  have been buffed.
We will definately be bringing our car back for its next service. I can only describe the experience as good old fashioned service !!
